These days, anyone can easily take a photo.
Now, AI can even create them depicting people who don't exist,
reproducing landscapes we’ve never seen as if they were real.

 

At some point, a quiet question arises:
“Is photography still a creative act of my own?”

 

At first, I felt a vague sense of fear.
Would the photos I've taken with my own perspective and intuition
fade away in the overwhelming wave of AI?

 

But with a shift in perspective,
I began to think maybe creativity isn’t just about making something entirely new.
Maybe it’s about discovering what we’ve overlooked in a world that’s already so familiar.

 

If AI can help us uncover perspectives and possibilities
we hadn’t even considered,
then perhaps it can lead us
to a richer, deeper kind of creativity we’ve never known before.

which became an abstraction of their own.

the colors caught my eye, so I pressed the shutter.

And about three hours later,

the rain began to fall.

These days, I often find myself in conversation with AI about photography looking at AI-generated images and reflecting on my own perspective.

 

Sometimes, those images reveal viewpoints I hadn’t considered,
or stir forgotten emotions and spark new ideas.

 

AI doesn’t replace our way of seeing.
Rather, it serves as a valuable tool that encourages us
to look at the world with fresher, deeper perspectives.

 

At times, it even feels like a companion walking alongside me on my photographic journey.
